Lick 3-4 cubes 1-2 hours before.

In terms of sweetness levels, it is not as sweet as regular sugar and is much healthier.

Can be blended to a smooth powder or added as-is into teas, juices or smoothies, my favorite combination is blending some with 1/2 a cup of pineapples or some pineapple juice.....imagine the 😻sweetness!
